Software studio, Dhaka and Berlin

Software that ships in short cycles.

RoundRobin Lab builds its own products, like Estatly for real estate and Orderly, an AI order desk for local shops now in pilot. We also build custom software and AI workflows for client teams.

Flagship product for property developers

Estatly

Production-ready

Sell more property, miss fewer buyers

Follow every buyer from first enquiry to final instalment. Your sales team knows who to call, which units are free and what payments are due, all in one place.

  • Never lose track of a buyer
  • See which units are still available
  • Site visits and follow-up reminders
  • Instalment schedules with overdue alerts

How a cycle runs

Short, reviewable cycles. Nothing drifts for months.

Discover

We map the problem, the users, and what success looks like before a line of code.

Design

Architecture and interface agreed together, so the build starts on firm ground.

Build

Sliced work, shipped in short cycles with a demo at the end of each one.

Ship

Launch, then support. We watch it in production and keep improving it.

Our Stack

Built on tools engineered to scale

Every project ships on the same foundation we trust for our own products: mature, actively maintained technology with strong communities behind it. The result is software that stays fast, secure, and easy to extend long after launch.

Common questions

How do projects usually start?

With a short call about your goal, users and constraints. We then send a written scope and an estimate, and agree on a first cycle before any work begins.

What engagement types do you offer?

We build complete products for you, or work alongside your team on a defined part of the work. Both can be short, fixed-scope projects or longer ongoing engagements.

How do you work across Dhaka and Berlin time zones?

We agree on a few overlap hours each week for calls and demos, and use written updates for everything else, so work continues while the other office is offline.

What is your pricing model?

Estimates are built from the agreed scope and the cycles it needs. We share the breakdown in writing before work starts, so there are no surprises.

Which tech stack do you use?

We choose tools to fit the problem. Our own products use TypeScript, Next.js and managed cloud services, and we apply the same approach to client work unless your team already has a stack.

Is Orderly available today?

Orderly, our AI order desk for local shops, is in a pilot program. Get in touch if you run a shop and would like to take part.

Have a product or project in mind?

Tell us what you are building, or ask about Estatly or the Orderly pilot. We reply with a plain plan and an honest estimate.
